Conference participants staying at the UNION CLUB hotel will be within walking distance of all conference sessions as well as dinner (Friday) and breakfast and lunch (Saturday),. Guests of the union club hotel can park (at no additional cost) at the Grant Street parking garage, located directly across from (east of) the hotel.

A printable campus map can be obtained HERE. Note that  Rawls, Krannert and Stewart Center can be found at locations H 7-8 on the campus map and the Grant Street garage is located at H 7. The Union Club hotel is located directly to the East of Stewart Center in the Purdue Memorial Union. Finally, an online version of the campus MAP can be found HERE.

Guests staying at one of the other local hotels should be able to arrange to have a hotel shuttle drop you off at campus and return you to the hotel. The University Plaza hotel, for example, will have sign up sheets available for this purpose. Guests of the Holiday Inn may be able to use the Trolley, free of charge, that regularly runs between the Purdue Memorial Union (PMU) and the Holiday Inn.

If you choose, instead, to drive to campus from the local hotels, you may park in the Grant Street Garage on campus (see description above) . Please send an e-mail to meg2009@purdue.edu to let us know that you will drive to campus, and we will have a parking permit available for you at registration.
