Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG)-based nuclear reactor visualization (2012)

McCARD visualizer

- The goal is to visualize McCARD script, developed by Seoul National University
- The script is used to descript nuclear reactor geometry
- The visualization system translates scripts and builds 3D model using Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG)
- The visualization system shows cutting plane defined by a user
- Role: Developed visualization system using OpenGL
- Related technology: OpenGL, CSG, and MFC
- The project is supported by Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI)

Virtual Show Room (2007)

- The purpose of the project was to achieve better compression results than regular formats (e.g., zip or 7z)
- The module is employed by Virtual Show Room, a commercial service of SK C&C, South Korea
