My current research interest is focused on modeling and simulation of electronic and spintronic devices.

I am pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Professor Supriyo Datta at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Purdue University. My doctoral research focuses on electronic transport driven non-equilibrium systems in the context of electronic and spintronic devices.

I was born in the city of Dhaka which is the capital of Bangladesh. I completed B. Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
