Approximately twice every semester, Indian music lovers gather to listen to performances by some of Greater Lafayette's residents. This meeting, called Akriti, provides an opportunity for all of us to discuss Indian art, music and dance, and also showcase local talent. Everyone - performers and listeners alike - is welcome to attend.

The idea of such a get-together was promoted in the Fall '98 ICMAP callout and it got an enthusiastic response.
