April 10th, 2008: Movie night - "La Zona" with Alan and Hector - really good movie although very sad. Demonstrates social issues amongst classes. Can be applied to a lot of situations. Good acting.
April 6th, 2008: "Raises 2008" with Alan, Kat and Oliver (even great the second time around)
April 5th, 2008: Cerro la Silla (Success!) with Mandi, Alan, Kat and Oliver

March 30th, 2008: Planetarium and IMAX with Kat, Janet, Matt, and Joanne - watched "Wired to Win" in the IMAX theater-- It is absolutely amazing to go biking through the Alps without exerting any effort whatsoever. I also had a blast in the physics museum.
March 28th, 2008: Bar with Janet, Kat, Oliver, Joanne, and Betsy--> Drank: Minimal Vodka + Sprite mixed drink. and decided that despite being legal to drink now, it really isn't my thing. I don't like having a slow reaction time. Really wish there had been some real dancing. Sign me up for designated driver. Watching other people get drunk is however amuses me up to a point. :-P
March 28th, 2008: "Sexy Shirt Shopping" with Kat, Janet, Betsy, and Joanne. I still can't believe I spent significant portions of money on clothing.
March 25th -Returned to Palenque ruins to explore the parts that I missed the previous time. Bus back to Villahermosa then fly to Monterrey.
March 24th -Rained the whole day so I explored the town of Palenque.
March 23rd -Agua Azul, Misol-ha and Palenque tour. Remain in Palenque.
March 22nd - Cascada de Chiflon and Lagos de Montebello Trip - met Acela, Gustavo and Carlos
March 21st -Huestapec Nature Reserve between San Cristobal and San Juan Chamula. Gorgeous cloud forest and a nice hike. Spent a lot of time reflecting on various situations. Later, spent a few hours in the indigenous market! Coffee with Flor and Janeth that night.
March 20th -Canyon de Sumidero and Chiapas de Corzo day tour (remeet Flor in the travel agency)
March 19th -Explore San Crisobal - various museums, went to a cafe for several hours drinking hot chocolate attempting to plan the rest of the week. "Palenque Rojo" theater event completely in Mayan. Excellent!
March 18th -travel to San Cristobal de las Casas (travel next to Flor but don't actually talk to her)
March 17th - Villahermosa arrival

March 8th, 2008: New Hair Cut with Janet
