What are you giving your life to? Who are you giving your life to? In college there are a lot of things you can give your time, attention, and energy to. Have you ever thought of leaving a legacy at Purdue after you graduate? The Navigators want to help you give your life to Jesus Christ and to people.
We are passionate to Know Christ and Make Him Known to Purdue students and the world. Jesus Christ said, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake shall find it.” (Matthew 16:24-25) Jesus told us we will find our life when we lose it for Him. That’s why the Navigators are here at Purdue – to help students find life in Jesus Christ!
We encourage students to delight in Jesus Christ (Psalm 37:4), become like Him in our character (Colossians 1:9-11), and learn how to help others do the same (Matthew 28:18-20). How do we do this? One to one discipleship – where older students share their life with younger students through encouragement, prayer, and studying God’s Word in order to apply it to daily life. We have Small Group Bible Studies all throughout campus for freshman and upperclassman! This is a great place to get to know other students as you learn to study God’s Word in a life changing way! In order to equip students to impact others for Christ, we have a ministry leadership team that learns how to share the gospel, lead Bible Studies, and disciple others. Come check us out at our weekly rallies every Friday night that school is in session. We meet together for a time of fellowship, worship, and teaching to motivate one another to change the campus for Christ! If we can serve you in anyway please contact Travis Parks – .
