....This is it, this is LAFLX 10. This is a time for swing dancers across the Midwest to participate in Indiana's only Lindy Exchange. Purdue Night Train Swing Dance Club is proud to put on LAFLX every year. With a bigger budget, a bigger mission statement, and a bigger purpose, LAFLX 10 sets out to give Indiana its best and only Lindy Exchange of the year. ....Contact the LAFLX Coordinator directly at LAFLX@SwingPurdue.org Where: ....LAFLX 10 will be held in and around Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. West Lafayette is between Chicago and Indianapolis on Interstate-65. For detailed directions and addresses of events, please see either the 'Venues' or the 'Schedule' link. When: ....LAFLX 10 will be on March 26th, 27th and 28th. Dates and times for the individual dances and events will be posted as they come available. Cost: ....Prices for the LAFLX 10 are listed below. Purdue Night Train cannot accept any kind of electronic payment at this time due to a policy of the Office of the Dean of Students at Purdue University. Payment in Check or cash is accepted. The cost of a LAFLX T-Shirt is not included in the cost of registration. ....Early Registration ends February 14th, 2010 at Midnight. ....Housing Assignments will be mailed on or before March 23rd, 2010 before Midnight. ....Group Discounts are available for groups of ten or more. When you fill out the registration form, request 'Free Housing' to be paired up with a Night Train Host that will be both your guide and your host during LAFLX. Members typically provide couches, chairs, or floor space. You will be placed in touch with your host before LAFLX begins to allow for preperation for housing. ....However, if you prefer to have more privacy, Night Train reccomends staying right in the heart of the Purdue Campus. The Union Club Hotel offers accomodations right on campus, and is in walking distance for most LAFLX events. |
