COLOSSALCON 2013!!!

Greetings and Salutations!

Another year has passed, and that means its time to start gauging interest for Colossalcon. Colossalcon is Thursday, June 6th through Sunday, June 9th in Sandusky, Ohio. We already have rooms at the Kalahari Resort where the convention is being held. In addition to the fantastic anime convention, the Kalahari has a full-sized water park, and coming with us will grant you free access to said water park.

Colossalcon is a relatively large convention (~5,000+ attendees), and features a large number of panels, events, and guests. Over the years, we've had a blast attending this convention, and it has become our favorite convention that we attend every year. We also should be running a number panels this year, so there's a chance you could even have the cost of your badge reduced by assisting us.

We will be arranging a car pool to Sandusky from West Lafayette on the morning of June 6th, but if you aren't going to be in town, we can see about potentials for rides depending on circumstances (let me know ASAP). Another perk is that our room at Colossalcon has a full kitchen, and we prepare most of our own food there, cutting down on food costs for the weekend.

If you're interested in joining us, be sure to post here on the forums and/or talk to me. The more people we have attending with us, the cheaper the whole thing will be.

So far, we have had 14 of our 19 submitted panels confirmed for Colossalcon! That means we're going to have a minimum of 19 hours of panels that we'll be running over the four-day weekend.
