Synopses for week 9 (11/5/15)

AKATSUKI NO YONA
Soo-won focuses on reforming the country. Yona, Hak, and Yun head towards the location of one of the dragon warriors, who lives in a secret clan atop a mountain. After a narrow escape from some Fire Tribe guards, Yona asks Hak to teach her to use the sword. Hak teaches her how to use a bow instead. Training diligently as they travel Yona struggles with her father's opinion of weapons. A group of archers ambush the three travelers, revealing they are guardians of the white dragon when they spot Yona's red hair.


GEKKAN SHOUJO NOZAKI KUN
When Sakura and Nozaki both forget umbrellas on a rainy day, Nozaki uses it as an opportunity to gather romance ideas about umbrella sharing for his manga. After Seo gives them her umbrella, Sakura cherishes the walk from school. Later the two observe how Miyako deals with editor Maino's crazy recommendations and tell her to stand up to him.


YOUR LIE IN APRIL
Right after her passionate performance Emi heads straight to Kousei, only to find she can't find any words to say after pouring her feelings into her playing. At last Kousei heads for the stage. As he sits before the piano the ghost of his dead mother speaks to him.


FREE!
As Haruka is left stunned by Rin's declaration, the other members compete in their respective events. None of them make it to the next round. As the day comes to an end, Gou reveals that she had secretly entered everyone into the relay race event taking place the next day. This gives them one more chance to qualify for regionals. After the others spend the night trying to convince Haruka to join he finally agrees to participate. Rin watches them compete.


ALDNOAH.ZERO
While training in the simulator Rayet suffers a bout of PTSD as she sees a virtual representation of the cataphract that killed her father. Shortly afterward, Doctor Yagari borrows the simulator to help Marito deal with his own trauma. Though the program is a crude visualization of the 1999 battle at Tanegashima, Marito flashes back to when a cataphract destroyed his entire battalion and he decides to shoot John Humeray out of mercy when the driver couldn't escape the flaming tank wreckage. Meanwhile, Slaine finds himself a guest of Saazbaum, who admits to have conspired to have the princess killed. He's spared Slaine due to a debt that he owes Slaine's father. Back on the Deucation Rayet struggles with her PTSD. When she finds Asseylum alone in the shower, she sneaks up from behind and strangles Asseylum with her own necklace. By the time Rayet comes to her senses the Aldnoah drive has shut down, crashing the entire ship.


PARASYTE
Recent events involving Shinichi create a divide between him and his friends and crush Satomi Murano. Meanwhile, Yuuko Tachikawa confronts Hideo after discovering his secret, completely unaware of the risks.


DEATH PARADE
As the game resumes, Shimada realises his knife comes from someone he already killed. He remembers that there were more than one person involved in his sister's assault, while Tatsumi remembers that he had killed his wife's murderer. When Shimada wins the game Tatsumi regains his full memories that Shimada was the one who killed him and that Tatsumi had watched Shimada's sister's assault so he had a reason to "pass judgement" on her attacker. Feeling the need to ascertain Shimada's motives, Decim gives him the opportunity to stab Tatsumi's organ pucks. However, the woman objects to Decim's means, stating that you can't judge people based on their darkness alone. She tries to hold Shimada back, but Shimada is too swayed by Tatsumi's antagonizing and gives into his anger. Both Tatsumi and Shimada's fates are left unknown.
