Three siblings Kanba, Himari and Shouma all live together (with absent parents). Himari is terminally ill and dies during "Himari day" which included a trip to the aquarium. However, the mysterious penguin hat they bought her brings her back to life and now three penguins live with them. In return for their sisters life, Kanbaa and Shouma must find the Penguin Drum. What is the drum and how can the penguins knit so well? Find out next time.

Curry is the flavor of love. Creepy stalker love! After the hat demonstrates its milk drinking powers (and kinda kills Himari again), the boys are back to following Ringo. They break into her family's apartment and Oh Crap she's back and making curry! She hauls that curry all the way to Tabuki's house and what does she find? A girlfriend. She switches the pots so that her one true love will eat her curry (sizzling her own hands in the process) and leaves out the window. Angry cat, then curry-faced! Ringo eats dinner with our penguin infested family! The future written in her diary, is it unraveling? Find out next time!

Ringo is now a family friend, to the boys' dismay. Shoma accompanies her on a birdwatching expidition and everything is going according to plan. NOT! Ringo's entire future diary is being ruined by this girlfriend. Skunks, birds, worms, everything is conspiring against her. Shoma finds the diary and isn't really impressed. In a desperate attempt to get Tabuki to kiss her, Ringo jumps into a lake and proceeds to almost drown. Unfortunately, Tabuki is leaving which leaves it all up to Shoma, to his absolute horror. What will happen if Ringo finds out Shoma saved her, not Tabuki? Maybe we'll find out next time!

Typhoon and fever of the past. Hers is a miracle recovery (caused by laughter or so the doctors think). Uncle visits and he wants to sell the house and split the siblings apart. Ringo has lunch with her father, but he's distracted with work. Her diary fails again. During the typhoon, the father protects both his son and his daughter, at a cost to himself. Back home, a cockroach infestation is uprooted and Survival Stategy during dinner with Ringo. Imagine! Apparently, Ringo is a perverted stalker slut. Ringo, in fury, throws the hat away and it lands on a truck. The sister dies as both brothers madly chase the truck. Finally, the hat is returned and the sister wakes up. The red haired brother gets money (from an unidentified source) and pays his uncle to let them stay in the house.

It's Ringo's first night with Tabuki!?!?!?! Asami (the girl who got shoved down the escalator) forgets the red haired brother. Project M is introduced, but what is it? Penguin stamped paint balls to the face during lunch. They forget him too! Ringo's older sister died and the diary is hers! Ringo is trying to be her sister. The other brother helps her by dragging all of her stuff to Tabuki's house and Ringo has a fever(and wants the sexy times). In the end, she sneaks out and hides under Tabuki's floorboards, where she has created a whole room...

Ringo is still under the floor. Sho suggests that Tabuki is watching porn like any other guy and Ringo gets mad. Let's go see Yuri's show together! Paris, Paris! Tabuki, Ringo (and later Yuri) go to an expensive restuarant. Hey Ringo, why don't you bring Sho to the party? Yuri is retiring and is now engaged to Tabuki! NOoooooooooooooooo! The red-haired brother gets more money for the house. Ringo tries a spell in the school and drags Sho along so the frog can lay eggs on him... The penguin eats the eggs, so it's all for not. Transformation scene! Sho! Make Tabuki "do it" with Ringo. So she can have his baby... What the what?!?!

Tabuki isn’t there to be raped? Does she mean an “adult’s night”? Tabuki is moving away. Ringo goes to the aquarium to think and !!! her father has a second family!?!?! What is Project M.? Tabuki lives in a big condo now so she takes drugged cake and feeds it to him and Shoma. She’s going to rape Tabuki, but is interrupted by his girlfriend. Fight between Shoma and Ringo and she drops the diary in the rain. Someone rips it in half as she picks it up and she stumbles into the street in distress. A Cars COMING!!! Shoma pushes out of the way, but is hurt himself. Is he okay?

Himari’s looking at the penguins again. She saw them before dying last time. She’s in a random library with a pink haired librarian called Sanetoshi. She looking for a book, but which one? The books are of her life story, but she’s looking for one specifically. Triple H was the idol group she was going to be a part of, but she couldn’t get the matching ribbons in grade school. She throws a tantrum and knocks into a mirror, her mother shields her! She’s hurt and in the hospital, apologies abound. Tell friends the truth about everything. Her friends become the idol girls from the train. Shoma is her soul mate because of an apple? Oh wait! He was hit by a car.
