They challenge each other to the next test, but if Takashima wins he gets her for a day. Their dining set gets vandalized. The cheater from the beginning returns. She accepts a challenge but Ryuu has to do it (Ryuu the nanny). Ryuu goes a little B.A. The other guy cheats, but Ryuu is awesome and finishes the test in ten minutes. She gets in Rank 2 again.

Kei is called away to Shanghai for business on his day with Hikari. Tadashi is going to be forced into a marriage meeting, so he needs Hikari to pretend to be his girlfriend. It's all going to end in tears. The rest of the gang spies on their date. It's entirely embarrassing. Tadashi ends up telling his mother the truth and she wasn't being particularly serious. Kei returns and kidnaps Hikari.

Takashima has a nasty headache from all his work in Shanghai. He hears about Hikari's date and rushes home. He takes her away, but is sick. Hikari decides to take care of Takashima by cooking... and it'll all end in tears. She stays with him even after he falls asleep. He kisses her so there are no more misunderstandings..... not.

The S.A. students have to do three days in regular high school. Akira is having trouble adjusting. The class begins to reject them. She gives them expensive tea and it fixes everything. Yahiro had screwed up her childhood.

The evil guy is back and causing trouble. Akira has her servants protect the girl who looks like her old friend. It freaks out Yui (the girl). Yui stole some of Akira's jewels and Sagai (the evil guy) finds out, but saves her from getting hit by a car. Now Sagai is supposed to be not such a bad guy. He's been playing villain to keep the money friends away. Everything is forgiven in the end.
