Izumiko cut a little of her hair off and everyone notices. She has trouble with electronics and is really strange. She has a weird underwater phone call with her dad during computer lab. Sagara, a friend of her father's, come to pick her up in a helicopter. Cutting her hair has changed her powers. Sagara's son arrives to help. They are both going to go to school together, because he lives to serve her. They get no choice in the matter and neither are pleased.
