Schedules, plans and runs board meetings, manages game day emails, enforces Paint Crew constitution and bylaws, disseminates all pertinent information received from the Purdue Athletic Dept. and the NCAA, establishes and appoints committees, and oversees the activities of other Executive Board members. Voting member of the Executive Board.
Vice President- Billy Plant wplant@purdue.edu
Oversees scheduling and management of road trips including purchasing tickets, booking transportation, etc., works with Treasurer to handle any necessary forms with Purdue Business Office, head of creative ideas for games including game day sheets. Voting member of the Executive Board.
Secretary- Kaleb Stephens stephe21@purdue.edu
Handles all scheduling of Advisory Board members, assists Publicity Chair with advertising all events around campus, coordinates set up game day equipment, handles administrative paperwork, and maintains relationships with other campus organizations. Voting member of the Executive Board.
Treasurer- Jacob Martin jacobnmartin76@gmail.com
Deals with money handling and collection for all events, coordinates with the Business Office for Student Organizations on all rules and regulations. Voting member of the Executive Board.
Publicity- Sam Stuckey sstucke@purdue.edu
Handles public relations, advertising, and promotional events, provides content and updates for the organization's website, coordinates service events, maintains relationships with local companies. Voting member of the Executive Board.
Advisory Board Assists with signups of Paint Crew general members, help with Game Day activities and special events, advises Executive Board members. Advisory Board Members are asked to provide input on decisions but are non-voting members.

Advisor- Derick Stoulil dstoulil@purdue.edu Oversee activities of the organization, help provide a link between Athletics and the Paint Crew, and advise the Executive Board of the Paint Crew. Advisors cannot vote in elections or in matters of Paint Crew business.
