Oversees scheduling and management of road trips and manages gameday emails. Voting member of the Executive Board.

Takes detailed minutes at meetings, handles administrative paperwork, and maintains relationships with other campus organizations. Voting member of the Executive Board.
Treasurer- Grant Goedde ggoedde@purdue.edu
Deals with money handling and collection, as well as the Business Office for Student Organizations. Voting member of the Executive Board.
Publicity- Tory Hurst vhurst@purdue.edu
Handles public relations, advertising, and promotional events. Also provides content and updates for the organization’s website. Voting member of the Executive Board.

Advisors- Heather Hoesly hhoesly@purdue.edu Oversee activities of the organization, help provide a link between Athletics and the Paint Crew, and advise the Executive Board of the Paint Crew. Advisors cannot vote in elections or in matters of Paint Crew business.
