Schedules, plans and runs board meetings, enforces Paint Crew constitution and bylaws, disseminates all pertinent information received from the Purdue Athletic Dept. and the NCAA, establishes and appoints committees, and oversees the activities of other Executive Board members. Voting member of the Executive Board.

Vice President- Joey Berghoff dledman@purdue.edu
Oversees scheduling and management of road trips and manages gameday emails. Voting member of the Executive Board.

Secretary- Zach West dtreynol@purdue.edu
Takes detailed minutes at meetings, handles administrative paperwork, and maintains relationships with other campus organizations. Voting member of the Executive Board.

Treasurer- Tom Nielsen klhuff@purdue.edu
Deals with money handling and collection, as well as the Business Office for Student Organizations. Voting member of the Executive Board.

Publicity- Michael Westfall khabig@purdue.edu
Handles public relations, advertising, and promotional events. Also provides content and updates for the organization’s website. Voting member of the Executive Board.

Webmaster- Kim Batta kbatta@purdue.edu
Manages and creates organization’s website. Non-voting member of the Executive Board.

Advisors- Heather Hoesly hhoesly@purdue.edu & Elliot Bloom hoopssid@purdue.edu
Oversee activities of the organization, help provide a link between Athletics and the Paint Crew, and advise the Executive Board of the Paint Crew. Advisors cannot vote in elections or in matters of Paint Crew business.
