GRAND PRIX KART

*PAPA will be running a kart in this years Grand prix

*kart and varios supplies wil be purchased from Tony (PoenixR)

*we need money, sponsorships, donations, fund raisers etc...

*a sponsorship proposal will be drawn up by myself or Emily ASAP (by next week at hte latest)

*we need everyone to start making some phone calls and setting up meetings with potential sponsors.

Not a big thing, but when you go to talk ask for sponsorships, ask them to sponsor us as a club, the purdue car club, not just for the kart, and not just for the car show. This way we can leave it open to where the funds go. Any sponsors we do get, they can either have a sticker on the kart, or some sort of banner or stand or something rather at the car show in that lot. Any donations, ANY, will be accepted. And if you expect a spot on the crew, you better work hard and find some sponsors. But you got the gist of it Matt....
