4-29-2004 Meeting Minutes

Last night's meeting mainly focused on the track day, which will be held tomorrow. Some things to note are:
- Please be there on time. We don't want to have to have someone working the gate all day because people keep coming in throughout the day. Obviously there are some people who simply can't make it there on time, but please make an effort.
- Rain - If it rains, US41 will either give us a full refund, or allow us to reschedule. If it rains, we will most likely reschedule for September, right after the callout show.

september, holy shit!!! why the hell not make it the next weekend after this one? good god we got an entire summer to find a day to race!! All you non-townies can surely find some day you can head back here.

because it's a PAPA deal, and most of the PAPA members actually work and go home over the summer. You just happen to live close.

If you think back to when we started planning the track day, just about the only day they had available was this coming Saturday.

sorry i missed the meeting (again, stupid work). if i was there i just wanted to say thanks again to everyone that made grand prix possible. i really think the day went as well as possible considering the bleak weather forcast, and with out you guys it wouldn't have been possible.
