Video about the current DeLorean company

A little video showing the people reassembling factory leftovers from 1983 to sell brand-spanking-new Deloreans!

The question is, how much, and when can I pick it up!

Last year there was a guy in my apt complex that had one parked out front every now and then. For a stainless pos it was an awesome car.

A guy i used to work with had one, as well as a factory replacement spare crate engine. Definitely a cool car.

There is one sitting over in Walters parking lot. Down on 25 and 231. I would like to drive one once but would never own one.

Everyone knows who got the push in GM to let the GTO be produced right?
(There was alot of hesitation to making a faster car than the vette)

That is cheap for a classic car that is technically out of production and made from brand new OEM parts.

I've always been tempted to buy a used one. I think it would be a fun project.

between Delorean and Jim Wangers, IMO Pontiac started the musclecar era.

edited: I read online that he made a ton of innovations to pontiac. the article said they were worried about his firebird design, thats why they constrained him to the camaro base. his design was pretty cool

Some guy down the street from my parent's house had one. He got married to some girl and found out that her dad had a Delorean covered in his garage, but didn't take much care of it. Her dad gave it to him as a project car for free. Moral of the story: marry a girl who's dad has one and doesn't take care of it.

I've seen one in West Lafayette every now and then...it was parked in front of my friends house on Salisbury a few days two years ago so I'm assuming it is student owned. Haven't seen it this school year though.

My buddy's father has two of them amongst his large collection. He let me drive the one with higher mileage and it wasn't as bad as I expected. They're definitely interesting cars, but not much fun to work on.

well we went by Walter's but there was nothing in sight. they had some very rare and unique imports there... do they sell or just service?
