The college class of Faith Baptist Church meets together on Sunday mornings at 9:30 in room 215-217 to study God's word and to fellowship together. This group includes students from Ivy Tech, Purdue, and other schools, and students from various campus Christian groups like PBF, Cru, Navigators, Intervarsity, and more.

Why do I have to deal with roommate issues? Professor issues? Parent issues? And for crying out loud--even issues among other believers!!?? Even communicating with the person I'm dating results in issues. Could it be that God is intending to work through all the conflict all around you? Yet, you don't see God's work because you have not taken advantage of the power He makes available to you. This series will ultimately teach you how to righteously deal with conflict so that you can be a peacemaker and ultimately see God amazing power at work in interpersonal relationships. Matthew 5:9 "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God."
Comparison of World Religions

Aren't all religions basically the same? What difference does it make which religion I believe? All paths lead to God, don't they? Answers to these questions will be explored as you examine the fundamental beliefs of Evangelical Christianity, Catholicism, Islam, Mormonism, Judaism, and other world religions. Each religion's basic beliefs will be compared to what the Bible actually teaches so that you may determine if, indeed, all religions are the same.

Why doesn't meditation on eternal things impact your life more now? Do you ever think about and long for Heaven? More often than not most of us think that Heaven will be boring—really how exciting is sitting on a cloud and playing a harp? This foolish concept of heaven couldn't motivate anybody to live life differently now. Most of us do not understand the glories of heaven revealed in Scripture. Fooling around with the earth things and earthly pleasures is ultimately like being enamored with White Castle Burgers when God has a seven course steak dinner waiting for you. This class will be an extensive theological treatment of Heaven that helps motivate you to live differently now.
