+ Our annual leadership dinner/dance serves not only as a fundraiser, but as a chance for local politicians to connect with students and build volunteer support teams for the year ahead.

+ Closely affiliated students groups like Students for Barack Obama and Students for Hillary have helped put together events with Sen. Barack Obama, Chelsea Clinton, and actor Jeremy Piven.
