Costa Rica
[Central American country]
... a must on one's travel list! This particular Bill Hoover family has lived on Connolly Street
for 20+ years. AND ... 2001 sabbatical at CATIE
in Turrialba, Costa Rica was just grand! Bill, Peggy, and Samuel enjoyed the tropical rain forested area from January
through June 2001! Jennifer and Monica visited over 'Spring Break' and the family had a wonderful time touring
Costa Rica together! Early in April Bill, Samuel, and Peggy visited Panama City, Panama. We wish other family
members and friends could have visited as well, but we have 'mucho' sabbatical pictures, etc.
for viewing plus videos at home. Hasta Luego!!!
EARTH ~
Universidad EARTH is another educational link to Costa Rica!!
July 2004, Bill & Peggy visited friends in Turrialba, Costa Rica at CATIE [from Bill's 2001 sabbatical there].
We stayed with Tamara Benjamin and Allan Esquivel and Sofia and Fatima on their finca. Later in the week we all
traveled to Tortuguero to see the Green Sea Turtles plus more! See what fun we had through our
story-telling pictures!
