Hoovers (Bill & Peggy) traveled to CATIE in Turrialba, Costa Rica to visit friends, July 3-11, 2004.  They had previously spent a sabbatical at CATIE in 2001.

Before our trip to see the turtles, Bill & I got to help Sofia celebrate her 7th birthday.  Fatima turned 4 in May, but did not have a party then -- thus it was a double celebration lasting ALL afternoon on Wednesday!  ...lot of fun, friends, and food for all!!

The girls continue to enjoy playing with their Brio train.  They love books and running around on the farm with the animals!

While in Tortuguero, it seemed as though we were not too far from Turrialba as Volcan Turrialba can be seen off in the distance in the canal waterway picture just below and to the right.
