Purdue Industrial Hygiene Student Association (PIHSA) is a Student Local Section of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). In fact, it was the first Student Section approved by AIHA in 1990. PIHSA was awarded the AIHA Best Student Local Section Award in 1999. PIHSA was presented with a plaque and a check for $1,000.
