Purdue Industrial Hygiene Student Association

The Purdue Industrial Hygiene Student Association (PIHSA) is a Student Local Section of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). The Purdue University section was the first Student Section established by the AIHA. PIHSA has been awarded the AIHA Student Local Section of the Year Award in 1999 and most recently in 2009.

The PIHSA group on Linkedin.com is meant to improve networking among Purdue students, Purdue alumni, and AIHA Local Section Members focused on industrial hygiene and environmental health. Please utilize this group to discuss current industry issues, recruit individuals in the field, and find jobs related to industrial hygiene. AIHA-Indiana and AIHA-Chicago members are welcome! Please tell everyone that may be interested in joining our group!

"Get Involved"

Students: Please officially join PIHSA on the Purdue "Get Involved" website. Membership requires both "$20" annual dues and registration on "Get Involved". Login with your Purdue Career Account to create a student account and join PIHSA by searching "Industrial Hygiene Student Association". The site also sends automatic email updates and reminders to members when student events are scheduled.
