Meeting minutes for Polish Student Organization

Meeting purpose: Organize picnic

Discussion:

1. End of semester picnic was organized.

   Picnic will take place on May 8, 1pm at Horticulture Park.  We will ask 
   everyone to bring something to the picnic according to the first letter of 
   their last name: 
   A-F soft drink
   G-L desert
   M-R fruits
   S-Z salad

   Since grilling is not allowed in this park there will be no grill. The 
   PSO will provide plates/cups/napkins/utensils.  I will rent volleyball
   net and badminton set from the co-rec.
