About Power
What is POWER?
POWER is a Purdue student organization made up of men and women from all walks of life who share a common vision. We are a network of like-minded individuals actively striving for gender equality to promote awareness of women's issues and fight common stereotypes.
When was POWER formed?
POWER was formed 6 years ago by a couple of guys and gals who realized that there was no student organization for the promotion of women's rights.
How many people are in POWER?
We have approximately 200 people on our email list and around 30 active members.
