Cost

While the conference itself is going to be fully funded by Purdue's Residence Hall Association, please keep in mind that there IS the IRHO Add-on fee to be handled! This cost will be $12, and can be given to any IRHO official at the conference. Please make checks payable to the Indiana Residence Hall Organization.

Housing

Our original bid had stated that housing would be in the Shreve Gold room, with everyone together. As time has gone on, we have been able to improve on this-- Delegates and IRHO staff will now be housed in the Shreve Bunker Rooms, which hold ten people each. This will allow for separate Male-Female housing. Advisers will have the option of staying in the Shreve Guest Apartments. Please keep in mind that beds will be provided, as per the bid, and wireless internet is available.

Late Registration

Because of the nature of the conference, there will be no late fee for late registration. However, while there will be enough space to house late-registration delegates, we cannot guarantee certain amenities such as nametags or conference cards.

Directions

Any college campus can be difficult to navigate for those who haven't been there, so we're trying to get travel information out to you guys. We've worked up the following directions for you to follow (from I-65):

Take Exit 172 West, towards Purdue. Follow State Road 26 for 2.7 miles. Turn Right (North) on McArthur Drive. Follow it to 3rd street. Take a right (east) at 3rd street. Follow approximately 220ft. Shreve is on your right.

Disclaimer Statement

We've put the Disclaimer statement on our website under the "Food, housing, and safety" section. This will be required at check in. Please print it off, fill it out, and bring it to the conference.

Don't Forget!

Be sure to bring sleeping bags or the appropriate materials to make your bed. These may not be provided by Purdue University.

Registration Extension

At the request of Kyleen, registration has been extended until this Friday, September 25th! Please get your registration done ASAP!

Check-in

Make sure to have your Delegate Disclaimer Statement and $12 add-on fee (per person) for IRHO. At check-in, you'll be getting a lot of goodies, and some of them you'll be required to give back! Particularly, the Room Keys and Parking passes. Directions to Check-in have been posted above.
