Purdue Student Government (PSG) is a student-run and operated organization that serves the student body by advocating student concerns to students, faculty, community members, administration and alumni. In other words, PSG is the voice of the student body. [more about PSG]



PSG Co-sponsorship

PSG allocates funding in a rigorous, neutral and fair manner. Student organizations who are eligible for funding are asked to submit a detailed application to allow PSG to accurately evaluate the financial circumstances of the organization and the qualifications of the request. To be eligible for funding, the student organization must be officially registered through the Student Activities Organization (SAO) AND must have a valid and active monetary account. Healthy Planet 2010
During the first week of February, Purdue's wellness community is implementing a new model of intervention to improve the health of local and global communities. Healthy Planet 2010 will integrate programs in learning, teaching, research, engagement, and outreach to raise awareness of the benefits of prevention and a balanced life

Thursday Night at the Theater
Designed to be an alternative event for Thursday nights, Thursday Night at the Theater will be taking place EVERY Thursday night this semester with showings at the same time and place every week. The event is completely FREE to all Purdue students.

Please check the postings in the RSC and within the various Residence Halls to see which movie is playing!

New Recycling Containers for Campus
In accordance with Purdue's stress on sustainability PSG has been working with Physical Facilities and has recently secured 5 new recycling containers to be place throughout campus neighborhoods for students!
