A. Most campuses have organized clubs. The best way to start a club is to first gain interest. Have a small callout at your union, or some central meeting point. Explain to them that you are trying to start a new bass fishing club. Contact your campus organization office to find out about bi laws and legal things. Draw up a charter, bi laws, rules, etc. Elect officers and hold a formal callout on campus. Your campus organization office should have information on starting new clubs as well.
