Want to Join the Tradition?
Purdue Crew is one of the oldest and largest clubs here at Purdue University with a long and strong tradition not only in Purdue but also in the sport itself. Our traditions have started in 1949 with only 8 rowers and has since grew to include about 130 athletes per year, numerous shells, and a state of the art boathouse to store them. We find success all over the country as our rowers have captured numerous medals and trophies at regattas such as Dad Vails, SIRAs, ACRAs, and the San Diego Crew Classic. Each athlete that walks through our boathouse leaves a legacy that adds great value to the program and the traditions it is built upon. Will you join the tradition?

Dr. Thomas B. Robinson
It is with great sadness that we announce Dr. Thomas B. Robinson has passed away on Saturday night, May 28, 2016. Tom was the Vice President of Student Services at Purdue for many of the years that encompassed the Boathouse Project. He was a great supporter and guide of Purdue Crew throughout the years. Without his guidance and support, Purdue Crew would not be where it is today.
