    Training
    Training runs occur Monday through Friday. Weekend runs usually occur but are left up to the individual club members to plan. We do try our hardest to accomodate every runner's speed and distance desired in these training runs. On a typical day there will be one group that runs 3-5 miles, a second group that runs 5-7 miles, and occasionally there will be a third group that runs longer. The length and pace of these runs is always decided by the group as a whole. If you want to run a certain distance at a certain pace speak up and let the group know.

    All training runs meet in front of the RSC (co-rec). We meet just inside the front doors in the winter when it is cold or when it is raining. It is highly encouraged you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the run time to determine the distance and pace for the day's run.

    Most of our runs tend to be simple mileage runs without any real workouts associated. However, if you wish to do a workout there are always members willing to go along. Some workouts that we do include: running the stairs of Ross Ade Stadium, hills on Slayter, tempo runs on the Cross Country course and many more.
