Rules Clarifications:
- Can't Judge a Powder:
- Participants must bring goggles to the event to be able to participate. Participants will also be required to wear closed-toed shoes, pants or skirts that cover the legs to the ankles, a chemical apron with a sleeved shirt or a lab coat that reaches the knees. Failure to meet these requirements will mean automatic disqualification.
- Ornithology:
- For Regionals, the bird list that will be followed can be downloaded here. This list was determined by the board of Indiana and will not be modified unless by them.
- "...one or more pages of resource materials...":
- For Division B, a three-ring binder can be used for any event where it is it indicated that one or more pages of resource materials. Anatomy, Bio-Process Lab, Disease Detectives, Dynamic Planet, Ecology, Fossils, Meteorology, Ornithology, Science Crime Busters, Shock Value, Solar System.
- Can't Judge a Powder:
- All regional and state tournaments will provide 1M NaOH
