Parents' Club

At Sigma Kappa, we are very fortunate to have the support of our families. All parents are invited to join the Sigma Kappa Parent’s Club. Parent’s Club holds two meetings annually, one in the fall (during Parent’s Weekend) and one in the spring (during Mom’s Weekend). Being a member of Parent’s Club helps parents stay involved in their daughter’s life at Sigma Kappa and keeps them clued in on activities going on at the house.

Thanks to their generous contributions, we have a keyless entry system, ceiling fans in all of the rooms, new showerheads in all of the bathrooms, flower pots for the front porch, a new DVD player for the bum room, outdoor furniture for our side porch, and new chairs for the chapter room. Parents' Club also helped to fund many of our summer house improvements.

This year Parents' Club underwent a huge project to give the Bum Room a complete makeover. Until this year, the Bum Room remained virtually unchanged since the house was built, as many alumnae often comment on. Here's a peek at what this beautiful new space, complete with a fresh coat of paint and brand new furniture, has to offer!
