Registration Fee
Early registration fee
(received on or before May 1, 2006) is US$150 (US$90 for students).
Late and On-site Registration Fee (received after May 1, 2006) is US$160 (US$100
for students). Registration will include the following:
- Symposium sessions
- Graduate Student Conference sessions (There is no separate registration
for the Graduate Student Conference.)
- Publishers' exhibits
- Continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday
- Dinner on Friday
- Refreshments between sessions
Registration Options
Attendance at the symposium will be limited to about 150 registrants—please
register early. (If your registration form and fee arrive after the maximum
capacity has been reached, you will be notified and your registration fee
will be fully refunded.) Please choose one of the following registration options:

Conferences. If you do not receive registration confirmation within two
weeks (or four weeks if you are from outside the U.S.), or if you have any other
