Design Resume:
The assignment for this project was to create an unconventional resume using InDesign. Originally, I had created on that played with the colors red, black, and white along with various shapes. However, I put that one aside for this one, which looks like notebook paper.

Charlemagne's Emporium Logos:
With a partner, I created 'Charlemagne's Emporium,' a medievalist's catalogue, for my English 309 Computer-Aided Publishing Course. For this project, we were tasked with creating a logo for our company, a 10 paged catalogue, and mystery item, which could be anything from a shopping bag to a gift card. In the end, we select to logos for various portions of our catalogue and order form.

With a partner, I created a mock store called 'Charlemagne's Emporium,' which sold medieval attire, jewelry, and decor.

Brochures:
With a partner, I helped design and create two different styled brochures for the Almost Home Humane Society of Tippecanoe County. We were to create a brochure that would inform readers of the various pet policies that local apartments complexs held.

Design Challenge:
My English 309 TA would have our class complete Design Challenges every so often, and one of them was to design a few trading cards. For this one, I chose to create cards that featured WWI Aces.

Short Story:
I have completed several creative writing courses, and "A Bottle of Whiskey" is one of my more recent pieces. The story takes place during the Civil War and follows a field surgeon as he works on the wounded at Fredricksburg. While working, he recalls the time in his childhood when he was confined to bed because of Polio.

For my History 411H course, we were to write a 15-20 page paper on a topic of our choosing as long as it was a subject we had covered in class. My paper was based on various superstitions that were associated with the Black Death.
