Mercury's classic look is enchanced by dual headlights and a new die-cast grille. The one-piece front bumper lends protection. Interval Selector Windshield Wipers have variable wipe intervals, controlled by driver, to give best visibility in all kinds of weather.
Curved glass for all side windows, plus the added safety of a new high-impact-resistant windshield. Both front and reat seat belts are standard equipment for all models. Deluxe seat belts with front retractors, reminder light on Park Lane.
Reversible keys have no upside-down--eliminates fumbling. Keyless door locking is standard. Suspended accelerator pedal tilts to adjust to foot angle for greater comfort. Spike heels can rest under pedal.
Convertible models feature a tempered-glass rear window that provides freedom from discoloration and scratches.
Full-Instrumentation is a mark of every Mercury model. Gauges and dials are conveniently clustered in front of the driver.
