There are a few
things you should know about the menu:

If
you are not a seafood fan please be aware of how common seafood, including
eel, squid, and octopus are in the Japanese culture, and in our menu. We
do offer dishes without seafood, and also offer vegetarian meals. If you
are unsure of what something is, please ask.
Sushi hints:

Not all
sushi uses raw fish. Sashimi is a delicacy, even in Japan, because it
requires high quality to be eaten without being cooked. We have many kinds
of sushi that only use vegetables, cooked egg, fried tofu, or pickles.
These kinds of sushi are more common on Japanese supper tables.
