Fall 2009, Schedule of ClassesScheduled ClassesClasses are offered weekly through the semester except breaks and holidays. Beginner level is usually taken one semester, with intermediate level starting the following semester. Intermediate level students can attend beginner level as well. Intermediate/advanced class is 90 min long, with first hour at intermediate level, and last half-hour at advanced level. Practice TimesIntensify your tango experience by attending practicas. If you really want to improve your tango, you should come to the practicas as often as possible. Practice is the only way you can become truly proficient in the steps that you learn in class. Guided beginner and intermediate practicas are conducted by senior club members to review the material learned in class. Open practica means unguided practice with partners of mixed levels. Social TimesOnce you feel comfortable in your tango dancing, the whole new quality of socializing and recreation time is open for you! Exciting evenings and weekends: tango dancing parties, tango festivals, and performances!!!
