The finance committees seek to expand Timmy's influence by raising money for our cause. The committees here plan and put on events that aim to engage the community while rasing funds to support Timmy's mission.

The banquet committee plans, advertises, and collects donations for Timmy’s annual Banquet and silent auction. The annual banquet is Timmy’s largest fundraiser, historically raising more than half of our chapter’s annual total. The banquet serves as a celebration of the great work that our trip-goers do during their spring break trips and also of the Purdue chapter as a whole. This year the theme of the banquet is ‘Small Things with Great Love’ and will feature guest speaker Dr. Chuck Dietzen, founder of Timmy Global Health. The banquet will be held in the Purdue Memorial Union’s north and south ballrooms on Friday, March 24th from 6:30-9pm. Tickets can be purchased for $30. This year the banquet committee hopes to raise at least $14,000 from the banquet and silent auction. Learn more

The donations committee is responsible for running Donation Day events at local stores. In these events, members collect basic medical supplies from shoppers that are then brought with the Ecuador Medical Brigade to Quito so that they can be distributed to the local community. See more!

The fundraising committee is responsible for putting on the smaller fundraisers within Timmy. This includes the Glow Run, Glow Bowl, Benefit concert, and many other events. In general, we work on coming up with creative ways of pairing with various committees within Timmy to organize fundraisers as well as improving previously existing fundraisers. More info
