I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. at Purdue University since Fall 2007. I received my Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering (BSc in CSE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in November 2006. At Purdue, I am working with Saurabh Bagchi on the reliability of Grid System.
In case you want to know, my research interests are in the following areas:
- Grid Computing & Cycle Sharing Systems
- High Performance / Throughput Computing
- Reliability
I am also interested in digging deeper into the idea of combining Sensor Network with Grid and see how future high performance / throughput applications on those tiny sensor motes may gain advantage by using idle and combined resources.
