Todd H. Kuethe's Homepage

Todd is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Purdue University.  His concentration is applied econometrics, and his dissertation research addresses the spatiotemporal dynamics of housing prices.  His dissertation is under the direction of Raymond J.G.M. Florax (chair), Ken Foster, and Siem Jan Koopman.

Todd holds an MS in Agribusiness Economics from Southern Illinois University, and a BS in Economics from Saint Louis University, John Cook School of Business.

Todd's current research projects include forecasting housing prices in thin markets, modeling changes in consumer preference for environmental quality over time, and estimating the effects of macroeconomic shocks on state level housing prices.  In his spare time, Todd likes to research the use of experimental futures markets to predict election outcomes and various issues in sports economics.
