 What is Tae Kwon Do?
Tae Kwon Do entails three levels of learning: self-defense techniques, art and philosophy. Tae Kwon Do as self-defense techniques is the fundamental human desire for elf-protection, achieved through constant training and careful guidance. Tae Kwon Do as an art is achieving perfect techniques, through harmony of spirit and technique. Tae Kwon Do as a philosophy is living daily life in accordance with the principles of Tae Kwon Do; this is the ultimate stage to which all martial art practicers strive.
