Promotional Test!
Reminder to all, the promotional test is rapidly approaching. It'll be December 4th at Master Chai's downtown school. For the test you will need to know you form, your form's name and meaning, all your one-step self defense drills, the technique that you are breaking with, and all other techniques we went over in class.
Congratulations to the crew who represented Purdue at Penn States tournament. We came home with 4 trophies; Brian 3rd in Men's Intermediate Sparring, Andrea 1st in Women's Advanced Sparring, and Chris 3rd in Advanced Poomsae, and 2nd in Men's Advanced Sparring
Congratulations to all those who participated in the Purdue tournament and received medals. We had much greater success in sparing this year. And over the tournament went very well. Thanks to all who helped set up; it was appreciated!

TKD BBQ
First TKD Social of the year! We'll be grillin', chillin', and playing games. Come for the food, the fun, and the friends. We'll have pick-up soccer and football or whatever else we feel like, as well as lots of sweet food. Saturday practice is accordingly moved to 12:00-2:00 for this week.
Also, if you have not yet signed up for Getnvolved, please do so and join the club on this site. This is an easy way for us to keep you up to date on events and activities, practice information, test information, tournament information, and... well, pretty much everything.

Volunteering for Spring Fest
We'll be giving back a little to the Purdue Community by helping out at Spring Fest's Information Booth. Shifts are only 2 hours long (10am - 12noon, 12noon - 2pm, and 2pm - 4pm). This is a great way to get out and take part in one of Purdue's great traditions (and a good excuse to make time to visit all the fun Spring Fest activities!) If you're interested in volunteering, talk to Ben (mille419@purdue.edu). More information to come.
