Materials controlling at the micron and nanometer scale potentially revolutionize the study of biological systems and medical diagnosis and treatment. My research interest is in the characterization, application and development of the nanodevices and microsystems for biological applications and health monitoring. I enjoy interdisciplinary collaborations and opportunities to contribute and learn in a cooperative environment. In particular I find clinical application of methods and microdevices developed by engineers for improving the health care very exciting.
