"Co-Rec" signifies the east entrance to the RSC, the side on Martin Jischke Drive.

A brick is a combination bike and run workout.  Wear all your biking clothes and bring an additional pair of running shoes.  We'll stash the shoes somewhere and go for a ride, then stash the bikes somewhere secure and go for a run.  It's a unique triathlon workout!
