InterVarsity is distinguished from other Christian University groups by its strong emphasis on student leadership. Nearly all of the frontline work is done by students in the chapter.
The Servant Team leads the chapter in dreaming up, planning, communicating, praying for, and executing the activities that the chapter is involved in.
