Purdue once again won the Big Ten Tournament, defeating Illinois 58-56 on a game-winning shot by Kiki Freeman. With this, they secured a spot in the NCAA Tournament. Their first round game is this Sunday, March 23 at 7:00 p.m. As the 9 seed, they begin play against the 8 seed Utah at Mackey Arena. Should they win, they will likely face the 1 seed Tennessee on Tuesday night (time TBA), once again at Mackey.
If you are interested in attending, student all-session passes are $28 and student single-session passes are $11 (general admission are $38 and $18, respectively). The Gold Mine will be purchasing a block of tickets at the rate of $24/person (all-session pass). Should you wish to pay via cash or check (payable to “Purdue University"), please drop your payment off in the Promotions office (Room 69, Mackey Arena) by 5:00 p.m. today.
