Ready Stance

 

Step 1:

Look left - turn left degrees - left forward into a cat stance while executing a right arm palm block

 

Step 2a:

Right foot snap (front) kick . . . -

 

Step 2b:

. . . - bringing it back into a cat stance while executing a left arm outside to inside forearm block

 

Step 3:

Look right - turn right 180 degrees - right foot in front into a cat stance while executing a left arm palm block

 

Step 4a:

Left front snap kick - ...

... - bringing it back into a cat stance while executing a right arm outside to inside forearm block

 

Step 5:

Look left - turn left 90 degrees - step left foot forward into a back-stance while executing a left double knife hand low block

Look left - turn left 90 degrees sliding your left foot into cat stance - execute a right arm palm block while placing your left fist below your right elbow, palm side down.

 

Step 8:

From the same position, execute a right arm back fist strike

 

Step 9:

Look right - turn right 180 degrees sliding your right foot into cat stance executing a left arm palm block while placing your right fist below your left elbow, palm side down

 

Step 10:

... - Right front stance - left reverse middle punch

 

Step 11:

Look left - turn left 90 degrees sliding your left foot over your right while cupping your fist in your left palm below your belt and slowling rising to your chest

Step left foot forward into a low stance while executing a right reverse low block, and a left outward middle block - ...
