Coldplay -- Clocks & Speed of Sound . According to wikipedia, David Raposa of Pitchfork noted that "Speed of Sound", the first single from Coldplay's third album, X&Y, bears some similarities with "Clocks", being that the two songs have the same descending chord progression.
