Teaching
I believe that operations management is best taught in the context of how an organization achieves its mission. I develop my course content to not just teach students the tools of OM, but to introduce strategic frameworks that allow students to understand how OM fits into the broader management curriculum. Both my industry experience and a case-based teaching approach allow me to give students realistic practice in analyzing and solving complex managerial problems.
