This the Friends of Words on the Go website. We are a student organization at Purdue University's West Lafayette campus that works closely with the Words on the Go organization and CityBus to place poetry on local buses.

The Words on the Go organization aims to develop a sense of community in the West Lafayette area through the the use of public transportation and the promotion of a "green" lifestyle (and so does FoWOTG!). However, our primary function at is to host events, such as poetry readings and other fundraisers, to help Words on the Go continue their work in the West Lafayette community.
