The Scales of Justice

The Purdue Pre-Law Society is a university sanctioned organization where students interested in a future legal career can learn more about the law school application process, preparation for law school, and legal careers in genral. Membership in the Pre-Law Society is also a fantastic way to meet fellow boilermakers that share your interest in the law. Our society is a large and active organization that sponsors and co-sponsors many exciting events throughout the academic year. Examples of some of these events include attorney guest speakers, application workshops, volunteering opportunities, and law school admissions representatives.

On this webpage you will find all relevant information concerning our society including a calendar of events, a list of current officers and their contact information, as well helpful links to assist you in your search for law schools and links to our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages.

Who we are: Purdue Pre-Law Society. We are an organization of mainly undergraduate students who are interested in attending law school in the future.


What we do: Our meetings that feature attorney guest speakers, application workshops, and law school admissions officers.


When we meet: Meetings occur every other Wednesday at 6:30pm in LWSN B155.


Why we are important: We provide essential information about law schools, law school application process, and careers in the legal field. The Pre-Law Society looks great on a resume; it shows you are prepared and serious about going to law school.
